BACK TO THE FUTURE: A CHURCH FOR CHANGING TIMES
This class looks at Pastor Matt’s research and how our church has learned to grow and adapt during times of change. We will discuss the challenges TLR has faced and what we have learned from them. The class will also explore three important ways our beliefs have shaped how we lead, preach, share communion, build community groups, and serve others.
PARENTING WITH PURPOSE (SESSION 1 ONLY)
Parenting can be difficult, especially in our fast-paced society. During the 4 week session, Pastor Chris will encourage you as a parent to kids of any age. You’ll learn to incorporate ways to protect authentic connection, help promote and manage levels of freedom, replace the idea of intimidation and control, and build confidence in who they are as children of God. Come and be refreshed to live as the parents that God created you to be.
BUILDING YOUR MARRIAGE (SESSION 2 ONLY)
No matter if your relationship is brand new, or if you have been together for a while, marriages can always be improved. You and Pastor Chris explore the topics of communication, resolving conflict, biblical principles of love, and more as we dive into building healthy marriages that thrive. There are many stumbling blocks that can be hurdled over if there is an appropriate plan. Over the 4 weeks, we’ll dive into growing our relationships as we focus towards building our marriages upon Christ.
