Meet the Team

Pastoral Staff

Monte Ingersoll, Lead Pastor

As founder and lead pastor, my greatest passion is to create environments where people can meet and experience Jesus. I also love envisioning creative ways to experience God and community. My wife, Susie, has been my best friend for over 4 decades and we share the same passion for serving God at TLR. We have three married children and are blessed with 4 grandchildren.

As a former recording/performing artist, it brings me great joy to play music with our talented children and extended family members. Susie and I enjoy traveling, especially to the Oregon coast. I love sports, mostly the Las Vegas Raiders and the Seattle Mariners. I even try my hand at creating a bracket each spring for March Madness NCAA Basketball. People may not know this but I rarely take the same road to an often visited destination.

Chris Charon, Family Life Pastor

I serve families in our community as I oversee a variety of ministries: ministries from birth through high school, discipleship programs through community groups, and all major outreach events. I love sharing in ministry with my beautiful and loving wife, Jenn. Together, we enjoy all the activities that our daughter, Jayden, is involved in. God’s creation brings me great joy and peace through backpacking, climbing the peaks of the cascade mountains, kayaking, skiing, and biking. Though I love seeking thrills and adrenaline rushes, don’t get me near cats or bare feet. I may knock you over by running the other direction.

Matt Seadore, Executive Pastor

I lead at the intersection of people and systems by creating strategy, stewarding culture, and coaching our staff team. I’m married to Lorna (an elementary teacher) and we have two daughters, Jaida and Brooklin. Jaida attends UW and Brooklin is a student at Southridge High School. I love to kayak, travel, read, and I’m always up for a good cup of coffee. I have a quick wit, a dry sense of humor, and a nearly unreadable poker face.

Jonathan Lefler, Student Ministries Pastor

I have been given the privilege of serving our students ranging from 6th through 12th grade. Our goal here at The Living Room Church is to be an environment where our youth know they are loved unconditionally; their needs are cared for and create a place where they can belong. I have had the pleasure of working with youth ministry since 2006 ranging from Young Life to student pastor and overseeing birth through High school. I use those experiences to create an inviting atmosphere where students can build community with each other and create a lifelong relationship with the amazing God we serve.

I along with my wife Jen grew up in Washington state where we attended church together as kids. We have three children: Cameron, Carter, and Caraleighn. We love going to sporting events, country concerts and enjoying the outdoors as a family. I am a huge Mariner, Seahawks, Huskies , Kraken and North Carolina Tarheels fan. I love playing softball and have a collection of over 250 MLB bobbleheads.

Family Ministries

Jenn Charon, Early Childhood Director

I oversee our birth through preschool ministry as well as coordinate child care for groups and events. I work alongside Joel Baker, our Middle School Director, on Wednesday Nights and mentor the Junior High Girls. My husband, Chris, and I have the honor of working on staff together. We are passionate about encountering Jesus and encouraging others to do the same. We have led groups through Rooted and other small group studies.

Our daughter’s name is Jayden. I love spending time with my family and making memories that I will cherish. We love the beach! We also love kayaking, hiking, and playing family games. Coffee dates with Jesus are my favorite. I like to say, “I love you” to every person I meet. And, the truth is, I really do love each and every one of you.

Ciera Lloyd, Elementary Coordinator

Hello! I'm Ciera Lloyd, the Elementary Coordinator. I have been attending and serving in children’s ministry at The Living Room since 2017.  I love building relationships and connections with the kids and families that come through the door. My goal is for our students to feel the love of Jesus long after they leave my classroom.

When I am not serving you can find me reading, gardening, or hanging out with my kids and dogs. I have a son and daughter. We love spending time outside! We do a lot of hiking, boating, and camping in the summer, and snowboarding in the winter.

Ministry Directors

Tay Nguyen, Communications Specialist

Grounded in the support of a close-knit family of five, a creative thinker and curious mind with the skills and interest in design, technology, and visual storytelling. Beyond the creative space, I’m an enthusiastic follower of sports and entertainment, with personal interests that include fitness, music, and sci-fi/fantasy films and series.

Sandi Sedgwick, Cares Ministry Director

I wear many different hats, but what brings me the most joy is praying with individuals before surgery. I am an empty-nester but my two dogs keep me company. I have an adult son, a daughter in-law, and an amazing grandson who has stolen my heart and is the center of my world. I like to travel, kayak, zip line, and do just about anything adventurous. I also enjoy hanging out in my backyard, reading, and BBQing with friends. I have an infectious laugh and what you see is what you get, as I have a hard time concealing my feelings.

Jeremy Foss, Worship Director

I oversee worship ministries and am in charge of planning the music portion of services, including scheduling musicians and selecting songs. I am married to my amazing wife, Jennifer.  I have 2 wonderful daughters, Annabelle and Maddy, and an incredible step daughter, Taylin. We have a dog Koba, grand dog Stokeley, grand cat Mushu, and grand bearded dragon Rocco, who keep us all extremely entertained.

I am a pretty big superhero fan (Jennifer says nerd, but whatever) and have an extensive collection of Star Wars, DC/Marvel, and Harry Potter Lego collections. I have an entire room full of collectibles (and maybe parts of several other rooms as well).

Administration

Erin Jensen, Pastors’ Executive Assistant

I’ve been on staff since 2016, quietly coordinating details and keeping things running behind the scenes with a to-do list in one hand and coffee in the other. Supporting our pastors means wearing many hats—balancing logistics, laughter, and the occasional printer crisis with flexibility, grace, and a good sense of humor.

I also lead our Memorials Ministry, helping families honor loved ones and find comfort in sacred spaces of remembrance.
My husband, Alan, and I have been raising our beautifully blended crew—twins Cooper and Noah, and our younger two, Ace and Lola-Jo—since we married in 2009. Along the way, we’ve remodeled two fixer-uppers and built a home full of grit, grace, and good stories.

I love baking, serving, and helping people feel seen. I bring my own brand of quirky to our already quirky bunch—and often find myself as both the glue and the grease that keeps church life moving.

Andrea Dietzen, Front Desk Associate

I am the friendly face at the front desk of the church office.  I am very blessed that my husband and I are both able to serve the church and our community, you can see him on stage Sunday mornings on the drums. Together we have three delightful children, who keep us active with their involvement in school and the arts. As a family we love exploring and seeing new places and things, especially outdoors and in nature. I love musicals, curling up with a good book, and coffee is my love language. My secret superpower is that I am endlessly curious, so I know a little bit about a whole lot of things!

Dawn West, Bookkeeper

I have been working part time as the church’s bookkeeper for many years. Being on staff also means you help in other places when needed and if it has to do with flowers, I’m all in. I have been married to Dale, the greatest carpenter ever (besides Jesus), for over 4 decades and we have 4 married kids and 11 grandchildren. My favorite times are spent with family. I also enjoy doing remodel projects and hanging out with friends. The staff all offered to list my quirks in this bio, but let’s just go with, “I don’t beat around the bush.”  I do feel privileged to have the trust of our TLR family and God’s faithful help to keep track of the church’s finances. Thank you.
